Well, today was an okay day. Still feeling bummed about my grandma. Have mixed emotions about seeing her. I can guarantee alot of crying. Well, how is everyone else? Tomorrow's Friday, yay! Well, talk to you soon.

Happy Friday everyone! Pouring cats and dogs here in Myrtle Beach but feeling good..so far..lol! Well, my ventures in sewing pillowcases are not happening...I am still working on my jewelry boards, but if that doesn't work, then I'm thinking in venturing in jewelry making and selling at a craft fair in October 2011. Soup tiiiime!!!

Yes! My hubby made me some delicious soup! Feeling good today..grandma is doing good so far, haven't gotten new updates yet. Praying for her..Haven't been able to do much crafting lately, the electricity is acting funny, lights go on and off. Seriously thinking of removing all my craft related sites. Not much time and money to dedicate to it, especially with a full time job. Oh well, its not for everyone. Well, good night!

Feeling Sad

Not into stuff lately, Feeling down, my grandma is not doing too well. Wishing and praying that I can see her in person before she leaves us. I pray for strength for me and my family. Good night.

Friday

Hello everyone, haven't been blogging lately. Today we finally bought new linoleum for the kitchen We are finally fixing the place, little by little. Trying to make it more 'me'.  I've also been working on some custom earring boards. I personally love the way the first one came out. Just need to put the finishing touches and send it off to the proud owner. Then on to my next customer request. Hopefully, that one comes out just as good and she'll love it. Its difficult to do custom ones since you worry if they're going to like it or not. Well, I'm off for today. Have a good night!

Crafts

Recently, I have been trying to decide what exactly it is that I want to do as far as arts and crafts. I love makeup, but already tried AVON. I've sold men's ties, men's socks and costume jewelry before but fell flat. I love making people smile when I give them something from the heart and something I made. So why is it that I'm not completely satisfied? Not sure what my 'thing' is. So I guess I have a lot of discovering to do.

So yesterday we had some friends over, we had lots of fun. I'm a little exhausted. Had to cook two meals, one for my family and one for our regular pioneers. Haven't had any time to be my creative self, but I have had some ideas. I think to myself though, what's the use of being creative for others, if its not appreciated. Hopefully, my day will get better and so will my desire to continue. We'll see.
